Anhui company develops fully automatic identification and sorting of ore foreign objects robot solution
An industry-first intelligent online identification and sorting solution for foreign objects in mining belt transportation system, recently launched by Anhui Mingde Technology, can fully automatically identify and sort out foreign objects on the transportation belt at millisecond speed and sort them out, which can greatly improve the purity of the minerals, save labor, improve the enterprise's safety and occupational hygiene, help energy conservation and emission reduction, and contribute AI power to the realization of the goals of national dual-control of energy consumption and "dual-carbon". Contribute to the realization of the national energy consumption dual-control "double carbon" goal of AI power.
The program is now online and in production at an iron ore mining company in Anhui Province, and has been gradually opened up for use by mining customers and other customers in need.
Ore is often mixed with wood, steel nails, rags, plastic parts, used filler pipes and other debris during the mining and transportation process. The presence of these debris seriously affects the transportation and crushing, grinding, beneficiation process equipment safety and effectiveness. In the past, manual sorting was usually used to remove foreign materials, but manual sorting has serious safety and occupational health hazards and high labor costs. However, manual sorting has serious safety and occupational health hazards, high labor costs, low efficiency, and there are also problems such as incomplete sorting of foreign matter. Mining material removal robot can effectively solve the above problems.
This technology is based on Mingde Technology's industry-leading computer vision technology, with self-developed hardware and software integration equipment, from customized vision solutions to ore recognition, to output coordinates and control robot picking - using deep learning method to continuously improve the recognition rate of the difference between foreign objects and ores, and ultimately achieve the goal of foreign object sorting.
After a large number of effective training tests, the foreign object detection and sorting rate is more than 98%. The solution can be quickly adapted to all kinds of mining transportation and collection lines, saving a lot of manpower, effectively improving production capacity, and also ensuring that the debugging personnel can work in a safe manner. It can save a lot of labor, effectively improve production capacity, and also ensure the health of debugging personnel during operation. At present, it can complete a set of actions,identification and picking out, in about 3 seconds.
It is reported that according to relevant national plans, the future mineral foreign body identification and sorting system will show a trend of centralized, efficient and large -scale; while transforming the original sorting recognition process through technical means, the clean, low -carbon ,safety, efficient in the future energy industry will be transformed. The development concept is consistent.
